This display was hugely successful, receiving a much higher percentage of quality franchisee leads than expected.

The design of an exhibition display for The National Franchise Exhibition in Birmingham, UK, 2022 was commissioned for Pokerrito to showcase their brand and attract new UK franchisees. Pokerrito is an established Canadian franchise whose mission is to give the best poke experience possible. With its signature 'poke in a burrito' dish, the menu is creative and diverse. A T-shirt was also designed to complement the display stand.

Created in collaboration with Jam Design Collective.
